Drumroll please…. The moment your residents have been waiting for is finally here! SimpleBills’ new and improved app, ‘SimpleBills for Residents,’ is now available on the App Store and Google Play! This new app provides a quick and efficient way to access all the same tools provided on the resident portal such as usage data and even payment information on-the-go.
We know that life is fast paced, and utilities are likely the last thing on anyone’s mind when they’re out living their day-to-day lives. To keep up, we developed an organized and simple way for our residents to stay up-to-date while they’re out and about. Much like what is offered through the resident portal, the app allows users to access month-over-month variances in usage and costs as well as floorplan averages—Only this time, all the same data can be accessed in half the time with the click of a button.
The app also allows residents to pay their utility bill from anywhere. No more logging onto their account through a browser on a smartphone or waiting to get to a computer. We designed the app to allow residents to pay a bill through their card on file with a single click. This way, residents can get back to what’s important, and we can take care of the rest. Simple as that.
Last but not least . . . Residents will still have access to customer support through the app. (But let’s be real, you saw that one coming, right?) We made it easy for residents to ask us questions or address any concerns as they’re looking at their actual numbers. If something they see raises a question or concern, a button on the app will lead them right to our Help Center page. We prioritize customer service over anything else, and we want to make it very clear to residents that all utility questions are to come to us and not you!
